    Why Collagen Stimulation?

    From age 25, the skin loses about 1 % of its collagen every year. The result: sagging, volume loss, fine lines and decreasing firmness. Fillers mask the result – collagen stimulation addresses the cause. Instead of adding volume, we stimulate your skin to produce new collagen and elastin.

    Durability & Aftercare

    Results build gradually over 3–6 months and last 12 months (Profhilo) to 3 years (Sculptra), depending on the method. Because newly formed collagen partially remains permanent, collagen stimulation is a particularly sustainable investment.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    It stimulates the body's own production of collagen and elastin. Skin becomes denser, firmer and more elastic from within – results look natural and last considerably longer than classic fillers.

    There isn't one best method – there's the right one for you. Sculptra for structural rejuvenation, Radiesse for contours, Profhilo for skin quality, polynucleotides for regeneration. We often combine several methods.

    Polynucleotides from €299, Profhilo from €299, Radiesse from €549, Sculptra from €699, HArmonyCa from €999. Final prices incl. statutory VAT, billed per GOÄ.

    From 35 it's an excellent preventive measure. Younger patients with early laxity also benefit – polynucleotides from mid-20s as 'prejuvenation'.

    Depending on method 1–3 sessions at 4–6 week intervals. Sculptra usually 2–3, Profhilo always 2 (initial protocol), polynucleotides 3–4 as a course.

    With Profhilo and polynucleotides after 2–4 weeks, with Sculptra after 6–12 weeks, with Radiesse immediately. Full results after 3–6 months.

    Like any injection: swelling, redness, small bruises – usually subsiding in 2–5 days. Severe complications are extremely rare with correct technique and quality-controlled products.

    For early to moderate skin laxity: yes. For significant skin excess, surgical procedures may be superior – we discuss this honestly in consultation.

    Yes. Since treatments usually involve only 1–3 visits and results last 1–3 years, the trip from Pforzheim, Baden-Baden, Heidelberg, Mannheim, Stuttgart or Freiburg is well invested.
